The first time I used the bike rack on the Ann Arbor Transportation Authority, I was very scared. A pal said, Just tell the driver it’s your first time using the rack. All the drivers are really cool about it.”

That was true then, and it is true today. The drivers for AATA are professional, safe and quite awesome. In a town that can require a bike-bus-bike combination (especially in the winter!), I have the greatest confidence in these great men and women. I cannot recommend AATA too highly.
