On Disorganization, or When Things Get Away From Us

Disorganization reigned supreme for this morning. I destroyed two hours of my life energies searching for a file I needed. A file I should have moved to the final” folder five years ago. Nice one, eh!

The list I had planned to work on got tossed until I found the file. Simple kindness towards self vanishes in these instances. I come to awareness in the present berating myself over these losses of perceived perfection.

That’s the work of my life, I think. Learning how to be as kind to myself as I think I can be and more than I deserve.
