Intentional Practice: Personal Guidelines

A few emerging guidelines I intend to practice in my daily life. I say guidelines, rather than rules, to suggest an openness to reformulating as necessary.

Contribute thoughtful, kind, nonviolent words, so as to not privilege hate speech, otherwise elevate the Silence;

Elevate a physical space so as to not increase pollution; return everything the way I found it; if messy upon arrival, make it neater when I leave.
